The billing details, in plain terms.
How does billing work?
You pay per workspace, not per seat. Everyone on the plan, owners, staff, and viewers alike, is covered by the flat monthly price. Hire someone and the price does not move until you cross a plan limit.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Limits are hard caps, not meters. When you reach your monthly decisions or your member count, we prompt you to upgrade. We never bill surprise overage charges.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is coming, priced at two months free against the monthly rate. For now every paid plan is month to month.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Anytime. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for right up to the last day.
